Skiing Lessons in Dublin – 6 Classes
Our skiing course offers the perfect introduction to the exhilarating world of skiing on an indoor slope!
In your first lesson, you will learn the basic ski posture of Body forwards, hips, knees and ankles flexed in a goalkeeper type stance.
As you confidence grows, the lessons will progress with Straight running with skis parallel and facing down the fall line, plough shape and hovering range of body movements. Plough Turns increasing to full width turns in the same plane. Skiing from the top to the bottom of the slope with the instructor calling a number of turns.
By the end of the course, you will be ready for your first ski holiday or perhaps progress to the intermediate course if you’re up to the challenge?
All the equipment is provided as part your course so all you need to bring is yourself and get ready for some fun!
