First browse the different experiences throughout the Extreme Sports website. After selecting your experience, add to basket where you can purchase your selected experience using the gift voucher balance.

Yes, the voucher retains the difference in price if the voucher holder chooses an experience less than the voucher balance (i.e. they can go on to book other activities with the remaining balance).
If the voucher holder chooses an experience more than the voucher balance, they can pay the difference at checkout.
Vouchers purchased after the 1st of December 2019 are valid for 5 years (60 Months) from the date of purchase.
If a voucher for a specific experience has increased or decreased in price after 12 months from the date of purchase, the voucher will revert to an open/monetary voucher of equal value.
No, this is up to the voucher recipient who can choose a date that suits themselves. Instructions on how to redeem are printed on all Extreme Sports vouchers.Ā
If youāre not sure which experience to choose, we recommend opting for a monetary gift voucher (e.g. ā¬100) and leave it up to the gift recipient to decide for themselves.

Delivery, Returns and Exchanges
Yes, if you have a voucher for a specific experience, we can swap to an open/monetary voucher of equal value. You can then choose your preferred experience.Ā

E-Vouchers are delivered instantly via email to your inbox.
Postal orders are sent daily at 3:30pm. Delivery will take 1-2 business days to arrive at your chosen postal address.
You will also receive a duplicate E-Voucher attached to your order confirmation email after completing your purchase.
Yes, your experience will arrive in a plain envelope so as not to ruin the surprise. It also fits through standard post boxes so there is no need for a signature or to be at the postal address upon delivery.
No, we only to deliver to Republic of Ireland postal addresses. All of our experiences are Irish and must be used within the country of issue.
You can receive a full refund for any reason within 14 days of the purchase date provided that the voucher has not already been redeemed.
For a refund, please send us a message along with your details and voucher code via our contact form.
After 14 days, vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. We can swap your voucher to an open/monetary voucher of equal value or change the name of the voucher recipient free of charge.
